The Paypal account is a virtual vault in which you can store your money for online payments and from which you can withdraw the money when you want them.

There are three types of Paypal accounts

The paypal accounts split into three categories:

  1. Paypal Personal Accounts: The Personal accounts allow consumers to send money to anyone with an email address. Personal account holders may also receive a limited number of credit or debit card funded payments per year and are assessed a transaction fee. See our fee schedule. To view your Personal account limit, log in to your account and click the View Limits link.
  2. Paypal Premier Accounts: To accept unlimited credit or debit card payments, you must have a Premier or Business account. The account has all the core features of a Personal account, unlimited credit or debit card payment acceptance, subscriptions and Recurring payments, mass payment, customizable Transaction History Logs, multi-user access, ability to do business under a corporate or group name.
  3. Paypal Business Accounts: To have an account under a company or group name, you must have a Paypal Business account. Business accounts include all the features of Premier accounts, plus the ability to hold the account under a company or group name.
